BY-LAWS

ARTICLE XIII

AMENDMENTS

Section I
Amendments to the constitution and bylaws will be made at any regular meeting or special meeting by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of the members present, provided that:

A. The proposed amendments, after having been considered and recommended by the Board of Directors, are presented by mail to current members at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting at which time such proposed amendments are voted upon.
B. Bylaws' review is instituted in order for PNA -NY to be synchronous with the bylaws of the Philippine Nurses Association of America, the parent organization. Clarity in language and new amendments were also incorporated.

ARTICLE XIV

OFFICIAL PUBLICATION

Section I
The official publication of the Association will be a newsletter, which will serve as a means of communication among its members and officers.
