Oct.
29, 2007 - The Honorable Robert Doyle presided
today's hearing of the Sensosa Case at the ARTHUR
M. CROMARTY COURT COMPLEX (Supreme Court, County
Court, Juror Information & Law Library) 210

process whereby the judge will inquire the nurses'

but the Assistant District Attorney wanted to
hear the nurses state their decision in open court. The
second date of January 28, 2008, the actual trial
date was cancelled and will be rescheduled tentatively
on March 2008. Please check the "Save the
Date" section of our homepage for updates.
After
these announcements, supporters of Sentosa 27
gathered outside the courtyard. Representatives
from various organizations - NAFCON, NYSNA, PNAA/PNA-NY,
Inc., were all unanimous in encouraging these
brave nurses to stay strong and united in fighting
for justice.

It was heartwarming to listen to testimonies
from fellow co-workers of the Sentosa Nurses.
They were described as caring, hardworking individuals
who can be trusted if anyone becomes a patient
in the emergency room. Another testimony came
from a family of one of the patients that Sentosa
nurses took care of.
